True Confessions????
Does anybody believe any of these confessions that are so plentiful right now? The latest being a detainee at Gitmo who confessed to plotting the bombings of the USS Cole and two embassies in Africa. Everything tied up into a nice little package complete with a bow. I sure wish I believed it!

I think if you waterboard someone for long enough they'll confess to anything you'd like to hear.
Last night on CNN they also said there were accusations that the man's 7 year old had been kidnapped and held while he was being interrogated...

I agree with you in that I find the confession a tad too convenient. However, the fact that the circumstances of the confession are dubious, at best, doesn't mean he had nothing to do with the whole thing. To be honest, I feel a bit torn on the whole issue. I think it's possible he may have played a large role in the plotting, but, it's also possible he didn't. I wish the alleged confession didn't seem so... scripted.
I doubt a lot of the confessions..I think that they are all staged in the hands of our enemies....just my opinion...LOL

Nope, not a bit. I think the way in which such admissions are gained are suspect.
